Domestic Orders
Free 7-Day Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange—no questions asked.
We will arrange the return pickup, and there are no shipping charges for the customer.
Refunds
Refunds will be initiated within 7 days after the product has been picked up.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, contact our customer service to schedule a pickup and specify the replacement item.
International Orders
7-Day Returns
International customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to return item(s) for a full refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must ship the parcel back to us.
Once the tracking ID is provided, we will initiate the refund within 7 days.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Exchanges
We currently do not provide exchanges for international orders. However, if you are willing to cover the shipping charges, we will gladly arrange an exchange.
Order Cancellations
Domestic Orders
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
If the order has been shipped, simply refuse the parcel when the delivery agent arrives, and it will be returned to us.
Prepaid Orders
For cancellations before shipping, contact us to initiate the refund.
If the parcel has been shipped, reject the delivery from the agent. We will process your refund once the parcel is returned to us by the delivery company.
International Orders
International orders can be canceled before shipping.
Once shipped, cancellations are not available for international orders
